Terms of Use

Service scope
Merchant AdOps is a B2B platform that orchestrates AI agents to propose actions on Shopify stores, Google Merchant Center catalogs, and Google Ads campaigns, always subject to the user's explicit approval.
Eligibility
The service is intended for B2B use: e-commerce store owners, professional dropshippers, and growth agencies. It is not intended for end consumers.
Account and user responsibilities
The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials secure, for ensuring they have the right to connect the Shopify and Google accounts they connect to the platform, and for reviewing each proposal before approving it.
Third-party platform authorizations
Use of the Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and Google Ads integrations remains subject to those platforms' own terms of use. The user represents that they hold the rights necessary to authorize these connections via OAuth.
BYOK model
The user registers and is responsible for their own AI API key (OpenAI or Anthropic). The platform stores this key with envelope encryption but is not responsible for the costs, limits, or usage policies of the AI provider chosen by the user.
The product's golden rule
No AI action is applied to the user's store, catalog, or campaigns without their explicit approval. Every applied action can be undone.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from business decisions made based on AI proposals, since every proposal requires the user's explicit approval before being applied.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, violation of these terms, or at the user's own request. The user may close their account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to the user.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the competent state or federal courts of New Mexico. Consumers and data subjects located in Brazil retain the rights guaranteed to them under applicable Brazilian law, regardless of this venue.
