Who we are

This policy is published by TRM Technologies LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, operator of the Merchant AdOps platform.

What data we collect

• Account data: name and email, obtained through our identity provider.
• Operational data from connected stores: catalog, orders, and campaign metrics, accessed via the user's own OAuth authorization with Shopify and Google.
• Customer AI key (BYOK): the API key the customer registers (OpenAI or Anthropic), stored with envelope encryption.

Why we collect it (purpose)

Each category of data is collected to allow the platform to run the workflows requested by the user: authenticating access, reading and proposing changes to the connected catalog and campaigns, and using the customer's AI key to generate action proposals.

Legal basis (LGPD)

Data processing relies primarily on contract performance (delivering the service the user contracted) and legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform. This section describes the processing basis in general terms and does not replace formal legal analysis.

Who we share data with

We share operational data only with the platforms the user authorizes us to connect to: Google (Merchant Center and Google Ads) and Shopify. The customer's AI key is used to call the AI provider they chose (BYOK). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the contracted service and comply with applicable legal obligations. When an account is closed, data is removed or anonymized according to legal and operational timelines.

Your rights

Under LGPD (Brazil): access, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.

Under CCPA/CPRA (United States): the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Cookies and tracking

This institutional website uses no audience-measurement cookies or tracking of any kind. Inside the platform (product), we use only a session/authentication cookie, needed to keep the user signed in.
